Child friendly, solo friendly, couple friendly and two outer buildings which are pet friendly. We stayed in one of the outer buildings and it was so lovely! Didn’t have the need to re-clean. Beds were comfortable, mini kitchen, nice shower room with toilet, bright and airy. Manager was so helpful, kind and attentive. Free parking out the front. Right by the harbour. Lots of shops, restaurants etc right in your doorstep. Station is 2 minutes from the hotel. Cleaner was so lovely, friendly and helpful but unfortunately I can’t remember her name. Blonde lady. Would 100% stay again. So comfortable. Didn’t take any photos which is rare for me but I was so tired.

This hotel is truly remarkable. The 24-hour customer service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive owners who pay attention to even the smallest details. The rooms are exceptionally clean and have a pleasant fragrance. I was pleasantly surprised by our room, which is like a mini house with a bed, kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe. All of this is available at a reasonable price. Regarding parking, please note that the hotel is on the main road, but there are areas nearby where you can park for free. As a friendly piece of advice, this hotel is situated in a charming town that also has a nearby beach. I highly recommend taking a tour of the area as well.

This is an outstanding hotel.. the beds are the comfiest I have ever slept in and the decor and facilities were amazing.. the owner was very helpful and you could tell that they have pride in their hotel. Would definitely recommend this to anyone as it's a perfect location too right next to train station
We had the absolute best time at the Harbourside Hotel—this place is an absolute gem. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and welcoming from the second we walked in. Every member of staff we encountered was polite and attentive, but a special mention has to go to our lovely waitress (wish we could remember her name it was a long day!)—she was warm, friendly, and absolutely fantastic with our kids. The food was absolutely outstanding of this world! The Brie and chilli jam starter was perfect-gooey, rich, and the perfect balance of creamy and spicy. And the seared cod with potatoes and parsley butter was genuinely the best meal I have ever had! Cooked to perfection, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Service was 10/10, food was divine, and we spoke about it the whole way home. Can’t wait to come back!
Lovely room spotless plenty shops and pubs 5 minutes away would definitely stay again in the future .The only slight downside was there were no seats in the room a couple of folding chairs would have been perfect.
